Healthy Asian Salad Dressing

Serves about 4 individual salads.

For this delicious salad dressing, we experimented with about half a dozen different blends and consulted multiple different sets of tastebuds, finally settling on this perfectly curated blend of sweet, sour, and savory flavors with just a little kick of spice to tell your taste buds, "Hey! wake up, there's a flavor party going on here!"

The recipe can be adjusted to be vegan and gluten-free, it's also pretty low-calorie and could probably fit into a keto diet as long as you don't just sit down and drink a gallon of the stuff (which you might be tempted to do.)

We're using our Organic Sunflower Seed Oil in this recipe, which can be found on our shop page. If you don't have any on hand today, first of all, shame on you because it's amazing and has so many health benefits! But no worries, you can also replace it with Camelina Seed Oil or Olive Oil.

The recipe is super easy to throw together so let's get started!

Ingredients:

• 1/4c Soy Sauce (Tamari Sauce for GF option)

• 1/4c Rice Vinegar

• 1/4c Sunflower Seed Oil

• 2Tbls. Sesame Seed Oil

• 2Tbls. Raw Honey (Maple Syrup for Vegan option)

• 3tsp. Toasted Sesame Seeds

• 1-2 Pinches of Cayenne Pepper

Instructions:

Add all of your ingredients into a glass measuring cup in the order listed. Whisk everything together and make sure the honey is well blended.

Add everything to a blender. Blend for 1 minute

That's it! Your dressing is ready to go. You can use it immediately or store it in the fridge for future recipes.
