Delicious Chocolate Protein Shake!

The perfect treat for the health conscious chocoholic!


Drink when you need a quick and easy meal replacement or to replenish your energy after a workout!

Not only is this shake delicious, it's packed with all kinds of nutritious ingredients that your body will love! Banana, whole milk, cacao powder, honey, peanut butter & our vegan Pumpkin Seed Protein Power!






 


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Ripe Banana

  • 3/4 cup Whole Milk (or substitute)

  • 1/4 cup Peanut Butter or Almond Butter

  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder

  • 1 tbsp Honey or Agave

  • 10-15 ice cubes


INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Combine all the ingredients in your blender and process on high speed until smooth and creamy. We used this Vitamix Blender that works great!


NOTES

If your blender isn't the best at pulverizing ice cubes, substitute a frozen banana for the fresh one and omit the ice cubes.
