Not only is this shake delicious, it's packed with all kinds of nutritious ingredients that your body will love! Banana, whole milk, cacao powder, honey, peanut butter & our vegan Pumpkin Seed Protein Power!
1 ripe Banana
3/4 cup Whole Milk (or other milk of your choice)
1/4 cup Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 tbsp Honey
10-15 ice cubes
Combine all the ingredients in the container of your blender and process on high speed until smooth and creamy. We use this vitamix blender that works great!
If your blender isn't the best at pulverizing ice cubes, substitute a frozen banana for the fresh one and omit the ice cubes.
