Makes around 1-1/2c finished pesto.
A delicious homemade Basil Pesto, filled with healthy Mono-unsaturated fats and essential vitamins from Organic Pumpkin Seed Oil. This pesto can be used as a quick appetizer for dipping bread and crackers, or you can make a meal out of it by adding it to pasta or using it for pizza/flatbreads.

Now then... Let's get started!
• 2oz. Fresh Basil (Rinsed and dried)
• 2oz. Parmesan Cheese
• 2.5oz. (1/2c.) Raw Cashews
• 1/2tsp. Salt
Throwing this recipe together could not be easier! Add your cashews and parmesan to a blender and blend for about 1 minute.
Next, add your basil, oil, and salt, and blend for another minute (or until consistent) scraping the sides down as necessary.
You're all done!! Store in the fridge whatever you don't use now.
