Homemade Strawberry Popsicle's! (No Sugar Added)

Now that summer is approaching we wanted to make a refreshing, tasty and yet healthy treat! So we came up with a nice simple recipe that we added Pumpkin Seed Powder into. And it was a hit! We used organic sugar free yogurt that we used an ice cube tray to freeze into cubes. & it worked great, but any yogurt will work great, fresh or frozen!






Strawberry Popsicle Recipe (No Added Sugar)


Ingredients:

2-3 cups Frozen Strawberries

2+ cups Apple Juice

1 cube or spoonful of Yogurt

1 spoonful Chia Seeds

1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Seed Powder



Directions:

Combine everything into a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into Popsicle molds and freeze for at leased 5hrs.

Remove from mold (might need to run under warm water) & enjoy!
