Chocolate Pumpkin Seed Oil Cupcakes

An extremely moist chocolate pumpkin cupcakes with cream cheese frosting.

Quick and Easy!

Prep Time: 10 mins

Cook Time: 35-40mins


  • 1 (15.25 ounce) package chocolate cake mix

  • 1 (15 ounce) canned pumpkin

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seed oil

  • 1 (16 ounce) container cream cheese frosting / or top with chocolate chips

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, grease a 9x13-inch baking dish if you would like a cake, or use a cupcake tin.

  2. In a large bowl, mix cake mix, pumpkin, eggs, and oil for 3 minutes using a mixer on medium speed. Pour into the prepared pan.

  3. Bake 35 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let cool completely, 30 to 45 minutes.

  4. Frost cooled chocolate pumpkin cupcakes with cream cheese frosting and enjoy!
