These Bread Sticks are so delicious! Pair with a spaghetti or pasta dish, or just enjoy them as they are!
3 1/2 cups flour 1/2 cup pumpkin seed powder 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons rapid rise yeast 11/4 cups warm water 3 tablespoon pumpkin oil (or any other favorite oil) 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil 1 tablespoon of finely chopped rosemary Directions: Stiff flour and salt into large bowl. Stir in yeast, make a well in the center of dry ingredients. Pour luke warm water into mixture. Add oil, basil & pumpkin seed powder. Continue to mix into soft dough. Knead 10 min. Cover, rise 1 hr. Punch down knead 2 minutes Preheat oven to 425 Divide dough into 32 pieces, shape into sticks. Place apart on baking sheets. Leave 15-20 minutes until they become puffy. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve warm & enjoy!
