These Bread Sticks are so delicious! Pair with a spaghetti or pasta dish, or just enjoy them as they are!
• 3-1/2c All Purpose Flour • 1/2c Organic Pumpkin Seed Powder • 1 tsp. Salt • 2 tsp. Rapid Rise Yeast • 1-1/4c Warm Water • 3 tbls. Organic Pumpkin Seed Oil • 3 tbls. Chopped Fresh Basil • 1 tbls. Finely Chopped Rosemary Directions: Sift flour and salt into large bowl. Stir in yeast, make a well in the center of dry ingredients. Pour luke warm water into mixture. Add oil, basil & pumpkin seed powder. Continue to mix into soft dough. Knead 10 min.
Cover, rise 1 hr. Punch down, knead 2 minutes. Preheat oven to 425 Divide dough into 32 pieces, shape into sticks.
Place apart on baking sheets. Leave 15-20 minutes until they become puffy. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve warm & enjoy!
